Magento backend don't save data in database!!

Good morning,

I have a problem with my magento enterprise 1.9.1 website. When i try to change everything in backend.
It answer me that all changes are saved but if i check the page it reload the old data. The database are still the same. No changes!

Any idea?

I think you meet problem with back end cache in magento hosting. Can you try to check with hosting provider?

Did you solved the issue with your magento store, or still it is not saving the data in database.

Try to check if there is any server cache. Also, it is possible that write permissions for mysql user have been changed. I would also recommend to enable and check the server logs, the error will be visible there if there is one.
