I mean it not only base on the hosting quality but also base on the high trust company, the good support and the free risk, insurance or something like that. Some companies can make website work well but not sure if the risk happen, how can I make sure my business is still working well then?

If your current hosting plan doesn't work good enough, you should upgrade, but managed vps is much more expensive than hosting plan.
