Google prefers content with bullets and numbers.

    No, not really. If you write content point-wise then it becomes lengthy for a webpage to handle. You can give major points by bullets and numbers but the detailed content should always be represented in a continuous manner.

    I haven't seen much/any evidence that content defined with bullet points or lists is directly weighted any more by Google than content formatted into sentences and paragraphs. It is always a good idea to use bullet points and short paragraphs for readability...and there is some evidence that pages with low bounce rates may be weighted higher. So if using bullet points on a page helps to convey the content better, then that would be a good thing for SEO. But I wouldn't say there is a direct correlation between bullets and numbered lists and better SEO results.
