    Basically, magento already have a good security enough. You only to take care your server security. If you install third party extension then the security need to care for those extensions too. That 's mean I highly recommend you only install extension what you can trust.

    Do you know how can I make sure the third party extension what are taken care a good security?

    following few steps are procedure to get more secured.

    1. Use the Latest Magneto Version

    2. Use Two Factor authentication

    3. Use Secure FTP

    4. Disable Directory Indexing

    5. Have an Active abackup plan

    6. Prevent mySQL injection
