How to make Mageto Lightbox work!

Hello sir,

I have installed the Magento Lightbox Extension(jQuery Lightboxes (FancyBox, PiroBox etc.))(http://connect20.magentocommerce.com...ery_Lightboxes) and I have also enabled it but I do not know that how to embed it on some page like for example on home page and how to add pictures to it.Please help me through it.Thank you.

I still have not found my answer in documentation as it does not give information about how to embed it and add pictures to it.
