moo-cloudzoom not work

In my store i am install moo-cloudzoom plugin but not work zoom on front end only light box image show not zoom image when i do mouse over the image and i am also enable these extension and first time install then work properly but then after i am install new theme not work and after new theme install i am also reinstall moo-cloudzoom extension so please help me this extension link given below
