I am new to magento and i have a requirement that we need to convert all configurable products/ Bundled products in to individual simple products. Kindly advice on how we can achieve this.

Hi.
Configurable as well as Bundle products consists of the set of simple items assigned to them. In case you need the simple products to be shown individually, you need to change for them Visibility from 'Not visible individually' to Catalog, Search. This way clients will be able to select the product as a part of configurable or bundle product as well as independently via search or via browsing through the categories.
In case you do not want these products to be a part of configurable/ bundle any more, you can filter products by type and remove main parent products. The associations with simple products will be cleared, but simple goods will remain.
Do not forget that befoe any mass changes backup is required.
