Avoid Fraudulent Payments

Hi,

I am going to start a new eCommerce site. So I want to Block Private/VPN users to my website. I don't want them to make payment on my website.
Is that any payment gateway available with this option? How should i go for this? suggest me a solution

Hi Mark,

The users cannot be block from the payment method. they only prevent from not to paying in the website but for the whole website contact your web hosting provider else webmaster.
