Admin Panel - Pages Missing From CMS Menu dropdown

Hello,

I am trying to find my way around Magento so that I can edit a few pages. In the admin panel under CMS, Pages is missing. The only options are Widgets and Polls.

Can someone please tell me how to edit pages without a Pages option in the CMS dropdown?

make sure that you have switched on module Mage_CMS in the System/config/advanced/advanced.
