Hi Sophia. Thank you for your interest in Hide Price/Call For Price extension for Magento 2. Regarding your question on how customer can send price request to admin, the extension obtain customers’ request through Call For Price form.
For example, when enabling the module, the product price is hidden and Add to Cart button is replaced by Call For Price button.
