Help with Google Adwords ROI tracking and Shopping.com tracking please! :(

I am trying to install a couple of extensions to help understand ROI from Google Adwords & Shopping.com

I installed a couple of extensions successfully:

THE PROBLEM is that the extensions are not generating the code on the success page. So there is some sort of problem inbetween...
