Discountec Items not showing correct price in basket or product page.

Hello,

I have some products which are on offer such as 10% OFF, 20% OFF etc. On the home page there is a module showing all the items on offer randomly. The correct price is shown here. e.g. if it was 9.99 now it will show 8.99. However when you click on the product to go to product page only the original price is showing and not the discounted. I can go to Promotions then apply the rules, refresh cache and the price discount works. However after a few hours they stop working again and I need to re-apply the rules and refresh cache. Obviously I am not available 24/7 to monitor when this issue happens to keep on applying rules. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

I think many chances to problem come from the expire discount too short. Did you look at it? Or you may try to contact your current magento theme developer since the problem can come from coding theme too.
