I have a magento eCommerce store for jewelry and gemstone products. I am not able to generate a magento XML sitemap for the website. Whenever i try to create xml sitemap, my magento store logout after sometime. What i have to do?
Also is it possible to create multiple XML sitemap for the same website? as we have around 14K Products in 8 different categories.

There are two ways to handle this issue,
1. Use a third party XML sitemap generator and upload it to the website's main folder. Once uploaded add the sitemap URL in webmaster.
2. Use a Magento extension configured specifically for generating SEO optimized XML sitemaps of Magento based websites. You can find one here with some other SEO features to increase your website performance - http://www.fmeextensions.com/advance...seo-suite.html
you should try any extension instead of generating from any other 3rd party site. Because extension gives you dynamic sitemap others not.
