Live chat and cookies

Hi, recently installed LiveChat, www.gotahavs.com, however its asking the user to allow cookies. Is there a live chat or another way to setup LiveChat so that users do not get this prompt. For example I go to another store in another tab example www.roomstogo.com and I do not get this prompt about allowing ccokies, Thank you for any help here, new to the game and learning.
