There is no any way rather than contacting site owners one by one to remove the links and disavow the bad links by using Google tool. I'm also working on a tool that will automate the process. I prefer you should to try Google Disavow links Tool for remove spam link or bad links.

1. Sign up with moz trial version and use open site explorer to check for spam backlinks
2. It should generate some. accumulate them on a .txt file with "domain:spam-site-address" on each line.

It should look like this on notepad:

domain:spam-site-address-1
domain:spam-site-address-2
domain:spam-site-address-3

3. submit the .txt file to google disavow tool: google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main?pli=1
