Magento Custom Search Extension from /root folder to ././root folder

I am currently building a Custom search page in index file that gets its results from Magento root folder.

The problem I am having is that I can't find a solution to autocomplete in textarea and if search returns no results I want to get an "Did you mean" in search results page.

If anyone could help me with this I would be very pleased =) my website url is www.titasos.com my search page is in index file : www.titasos.com magento was installed in : www.titasos.com/Shop/
