Looking for Magento developer tofix bugs in theme

Hi,

I am in need of a developer to fix problems in a theme. I may need ongoing development in the future but the immediate need is to fix problems as follows:

1. Account information: Gender not saved
2. Account Address book AND checkout:
a) Zip Code required but not marked as so
b) First Name and Last Name entered but not recognized as so
c) Verify that Address information is saved as it does not display when checking out (may be related to above errors)
d) For checkout, Province/State drop-down is reset when other information is missing
