How to change the logo

Hi.

I really don't know which forum to post the the Installation & Configuration doe not allow me to post so I came here.

I'm new to Magento and finding it really frustrating. I am trying to change the log.
- I FTP'd it to the correct directory
- I set it in System -> Configuration -> Design -> Header

When I refresh my website, the old logo still shows in the browser and when I view source????
I've tried suggestions such as deleting the cache and reindexing files bit nothing helps.
I am beginning to really hate this framework; how can something so simple be so difficult?

How do I solve this please?

Solved. I had to choose the correct View
