To refresh or clear the cache in Magento:
As admin login back-end > System > Cache Management and do these steps:
- Flush Magento Cache
- Flush Cache Storage
- Select all cache and then refresh
- Save cache settings
If you followed the steps correctly you should receive a message acknowledging that the cache has been cleared.
