Developer needed to create theme

I would like a theme JUST LIKE this one:

if you think you can do it. how long? how much? references? Links?

I am selling toys and I like that theme. I can't find it so it must be custom.

I think this theme is personal (not selling anywhere), and it 's simple. You can implement it easy.

As Magesolution pointed out, this is actually a simple UI which can be implemented on top of a Magento system.
