On two sites I have found that when trying to use multiple addresses, the billing info page doesn't show any of the payment methods!
I have looked into several Magento sites and when using multiple address shipping, it then uses the standard cart and not the onepage checkout. And no sites seem to display any payment methods once on the billing information page!
