I've tried everything. I have the API license key, I've requested 3. I've deleted and reactivated my account. UPS has checked numerous times, and claim it's all setup on their end. I have negotiated rates enabled....blah blah blah.
All the normal stuff is right, but I'm only showing published rates on my site. Anyone find this issue? I have read others having the same issue, but nobody has come up with a fix. Anyone, PLEASE :)
