Magento Integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP using Web Service

Hi,

We developed our E-Commerce website using Magento 1.9. We need to integrate Magento with Microsft Dynamics GP using Web Service.

We searched google, Got some solutions but don't know that is the right one or not. But we followed and got like below error

Caught exception:SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://xx.xxx.xx.xx:xx/SalesOrder.svc?wsdl': failed to load external entity "http://xx.xxx.xx.xx:xx/SalesOrder.svc?wsdl"

Please help to fix the above issue.
