Do-follow and No-follow ?

I am bit confuse between do-follow and no-follow. I want to know who is best and why ?

Dofollow links will be crawled by search engines and will be calculated as a backlink for the website.
Nofollow links will not be crawled by search engines but can help to boost the traffic to the website.

Dofollow links are more helps compare to nofollow links.

its all about passing link juice, but keep in mind that all the matter is quality content, if you are getting no follow link from quality site than it will be worth, so forget about no follow and do follow and focus and building link that pass the value.

No follow links and do follow links are the instructions given to the crawlers that which link they should crawl and which link they should not crawl. Do follow links will get you the backlinks and no follow will help in getting more traffic.
