What is the best search extension for Magento store?

One of my partner is looking for a search extension to bring the best shopping experience for his customers when searching products in his store. The reason is that his customers have some troubles with Magento search default when results are not like they expected

Therefore, my partner want to find a search extension that can show both names and images of products in the search result right in homepage
I am having intention to install this extension I have found out on Magento Connect:
