Retailers usually dont accept negative reviews on their product page, as they feel that it gives a bad impression on the product. This is the main reason usually people dont accept. But its wrong. First of all reviews plays an important role in every business, it gives the reliability, suggestion and idea for customers, user generated content, feedback on product and many more. These all really helps in increasing your sales. Apart from this, the negative reviews also increases your sales. What will be the major reason for negative reviews? Poor shopping cart, slow page loading, no discount, high price, delivery time is late and many more. You can reply them back and resolve their issue and also it helps in improving your product or service.

Suppose you purchase some product from xyz store and you read some reviews. You read all good review. So, here i have one question that how is it possible that one product or service got all good review. None of person write bad reviews about service or products. So, it is not possible for particular. No one person satisfied 100 % from any service or products. So, all Good reviews are fake or user generated.

So, it is good that your service or product has some little bad reviews for product or services.

That is more like a strategy which i guess is quite inappropriate because when we get to understand these things we need to understand the way of being better and yeah it lets us have the ways that can be quite helpful for us.

But how can negative reviews improve the sales? If a shopper finds negative reviews in a site will he be willing to make a purchase from that website? I highly doubt it
