Mobile apps vs mobile webs, which one is more better?

I think this is the question that most of store owners ofter ask themsefl to improve sales of their store.

I think each one has its advantages for store owners as I read this post that compare mobile apps and mobile webs: MOBILE APP VS. MOBILE WEBSITE – WHICH SHOULD ECOMMERCE BUSINESSES CHOOSE?

Could you give me any idea about this?

I think & according to my research there are both type of customers/people. So, we can't estimate or calculate the particular users.

In my opinion, mobile apps are far more convenient than ordinary sites. I always use apps and I am happy that now I earn money for using apps. It may sound strange but there is a mistplay service which will pay you for using some apps. I was a perfect job for me and I happily took this chance.

I'd like to prefer Mobile App rather than the Mobile Web. Mobile users are growing day by day and most users like to use apps than mobile websites.
