Here is step by step to know what files need to modify.
1. Download the extension package to your computer
Visit http://freegento.com/ddl-magento-extension.php and then paste the extension url to download
2. Extract the zip/gz file to see files detail
3. Find out the phtml files (template files) and you will see what you need to edit in these files.
